Who processes your data

The data controller is the owner of the InteligenOS platform. For any question about data processing, write to admin@bitrain.ru.

What we collect

Through the request form: your name, company name, email address, phone number and the text of your question. We also store the page address the request was sent from, the referring source, campaign tags and the sender network address.

We do not collect anything you did not type yourself, and we never ask for documents, payment details or special category data.

Why

The only purpose is to answer your request: to contact you, show the platform and discuss your task. The network address and campaign tags let us tell human requests from automated ones and see which campaigns bring real enquiries.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box before sending the form. Without that tick the form is not sent. Together with the request we store the time of consent and the version of this text, so that a year later it is clear what exactly you agreed to.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for no longer than one year and are then deleted or anonymised. Requests handled earlier are deleted earlier.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Request data is not passed to third parties and is not used for marketing mailings. The notification our team receives in a messenger contains only the fact of the request and a link to the record inside our system — your contacts are not in it.

Where the data is stored

In the platform database on servers in Russia. A daily backup of the database is created; backups live in the same environment and follow the same retention rules. Deleting a request does not remove it from backups already made — those expire with the backup retention period.

Your rights

You may withdraw consent, ask what data about you we hold, ask to correct or delete it. Write to admin@bitrain.ru and we will answer within the statutory period.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses a web analytics service to understand which sections are read and where visitors come from. Recording of form field contents is switched off: what you type does not reach the analytics service.

Changes to this policy

If the text changes, the new version appears on this page. Requests already received are covered by the version you agreed to when sending them.
